"Pour aider les structures à bénéficier du nouveau Programme Européen Erasmus +, l’Agence Erasmus+ France Education Formation France a lancé un réseau de “Développeurs Erasmus+”. Ce sont des personnes qui en région, au plus près du niveau local, peuvent aider les futurs porteurs de projets à se mettre à la page européenne. Erasmus + est un Programme européen s’adressant non seulement aux établissements supérieurs ( pour étudiants) mais aussi aux écoles, collèges, lycées, aux établissement dédiés à la formation professionnelle et aux associations, entreprises et structures variées qui se consacrent à l’éducation populaire des adultes. Ainsi pourrait-on dire que ERASMUS+ est un peu ERASMUS pour TOUS.
Doté d’un budget de 4,7 milliards d’Euros sur la période de 7 ans (2014-2020), cet instrument européen est de 40% plus important financièrement que le Programme précédent. Pour l’hexagone, il s’agit d’un milliard d’Euros en termes de crédits d’interventions. Chaque année, durant la période de programmation, l’enveloppe ira crescendo, avec une plus forte attribution en 2018, 2019, et 2020.
Pour capter ces opportunités, les structures bretonnes peuvent donc faire appel, entre autres, à Sylvie Le Moël, Développeur Erasmus+ dans les Côtes d’Armor près de St Brieuc. Sa mission en qualité “d’ambassadrice de la mobilité” est à géométrie variable et se décline selon les besoins des porteurs de projets: information, orientation pour le choix du dispositif adéquat, accompagnement au montage de dossiers...
Une récente réussite est le Projet ARISTOTE rédigé et mis en oeuvre pour la MJC du Plateau à Saint Brieuc (22). Aristote concerne des mobilités en Europe à des fins de formations pour le secteur des adultes. Le projet s’est vu octroyer 120 000 euros sur 2 ans pour un total de 47 mobilités vers la Grèce, Chypre et Londres (formation en langue et civilisation, formation en techniques pédagogiques ludiques pour l’enseignement des langues aux adultes, formation à l’interculturalité, formation au montage de dossiers européens) Les bénéficiaires sont les salariés, animateurs, professeurs et bénévoles faisant fonction au sein de la MJC."
